President and COO of Komori America, a $300 million U.S. sales and service subsidiary of the Japanese printing press manufacturer. Grew from 4th largest to 2nd largest provider in the U.S., by successfully launching new products, revamping distribution channels, and redesigning the “go-to-market” strategy, resulting in a $30 million net profit turnaround. CEO of the America’s, a $185 million region, for Hudson Global, a professional staffing and recruiting company, with a focus on Legal, IT, Finance & Accounting staffing and RPO services. Tenure began at the depth of the downturn in 2009 with losses exceeding $6 million EBITDA, which were turned into a $6 million EBITDA profit by 2011. |
